iSchool Portal

The iSchool Portal is Bay View High School’s central digital platform, connecting students, parents, teachers and school administrators. It brings school updates, attendance records, student academic profiles, timetables and learning resources together in one convenient place.

Students and parents can access the portal through a web browser on a laptop, desktop or tablet using their school-provided login credentials.

With the iSchool Portal, students and parents can:

Stay informed: Receive notifications and access school notices, circulars and important announcements.
View student attendance: Access attendance records and monitor their child’s attendance.
View student academic profiles: Access academic profiles published by the school to review their child’s learning progress and teacher assessments.
Access student information: View student details and class information.
Plan ahead: View the school calendar, upcoming events, class schedules and timetables.
Access learning resources: Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to view class materials, subject-related posts, resources, attachments and links shared by teachers.
Follow classroom updates: Stay updated through the LMS Stream, with learning information organised by class and subject.
Join online sessions: Access Google Meet links shared for online classes and meetings.
Stay connected with the school: Follow teacher and school communications through portal updates.
Manage multiple children’s profiles: Parents with more than one child enrolled can switch between their children’s profiles within the same account.
