Admissions are now open across all Bay View High Campuses — Preschool (Reception – Prep II), Junior (Grades 1–5), and Senior (Grades 6–11). Families can submit their applications online through our admission form or in person at their selected campus.
For further information, please visit our website or contact the admissions helpline at your preferred campus. Our admissions team will be happy to assist you throughout the process.
You may collect the admissions form from the Admissions Helpdesk on campus or fill it online by selecting your desired campus tab on our website. Each campus has a dedicated Helpdesk to assist with any queries. Please ensure you select the campus you wish to apply to.
Only completed applications with all supporting documents will be processed. Shortlisting is done on a merit basis. Please ensure you apply to one campus only to avoid overlaps or delays in processing. Our Admissions Team will contact you if your child is shortlisted for the interview (and test, if applicable).
Once your application has been reviewed by the admissions team, you will receive an invitation for the assessment and interview on a scheduled date. The entrance test includes English, Mathematics, and Urdu.
For Preschool applicants (Prep I and Prep II), the assessment focuses only on English and Mathematics and is followed by a parents’ interview. Both parents are required to accompany the child on the day of the assessment.
All entrance tests and interviews are conducted on the school premises, and applicants are required to attend in person.
Feel free to call the campus and ask for our Admissions Officer, who will be happy to assist you.
You can view details of the required supporting documents by selecting your campus on our website under the Admissions tab. The information is also available at our on-campus Admissions Help Desk.
Our age criteria are designed to align with each child’s developmental stage. Visit your campus page on the website under the Admissions tab or contact our helpdesk for details.
Our Admissions Team will review your application and update you once the screening is complete. Shortlisted families will be contacted within 2–3 days for the next steps.
If admission cannot be offered at this time, you may reapply in our next cycle (2027–28). For further guidance, please contact our Admissions Team at your desired campus.

Applicants shortlisted on merit will be invited for a virtual interview.
For Preschool-level applicants, both the assessment and interview will be conducted virtually.
